We live in a time of an unprecedented need for a move of God in our midst. Our personal lives as well as our families, churches, city, and nation are faltering due to our exclusion of God and His ways. We need more than a few feel good "revival" service to turn the tide. We need a commitment to seek transformation, a radical change, first for ourselves, then for our families, churches, our city and nation. Fortunately, we have a pattern given to us in Scripture that reveals God's plan for changing everything! As the early disciples followed Jesus' command and the leading of the Holy Spirit, they were radically changed and became agents of that change. They literally transformed cities and nations. It is possible for us to follow that pattern, obey Jesus' command, and see a great move of God in our time. It only took 120 people in the book of Acts to change the course of history. I believe that God is going to give us 120 people at The Rock who will commit to seeking transformation for their lives, families, church, city and nation. That is the goal of MISSION 120. The commitment of MISSION 120 is to follow the pattern the 120 in Acts gave us by being connected, empowered, and sent. We will do that by:

1. Being involved with, and connected to, the Body of Christ on a regular basis. Click here to find our available encounter groups here at The Rock. Whether it is in one of these groups or in some other gathering, this commitment involves finding a way to be in transparent personal relationships with the Body of Christ and to regularly be built up and be building up one another.

2. Being empowered through regular personal encounters with God. This can be done through: praying, fasting, worship, study of the Word.. We currently have corporate prayer on Wednesday nights at 7 pm in the main building, and Tuesday mornings at 7:30 am at Four Winds coffee house. We also have Bible studies, and times of corporate fasting regularly. This commitment involves finding ways to regularly encounter God, and be filled with His anointing and power..

3. Being sent by being involved in community ministry or ministry outside the church.  Contact the church for possible ministry ideas. You can and should do anything the Holy Spirit is directing, the goal is being sent to the lost.

That is the core of MISSION 120. It's a commitment to a scriptural pattern for transformation. Please know this not a program or some attempt at working our way into heaven, it is not an end in itself.  It is simply being purposeful in acting in faith, knowing God will bring big change if we pursue Him with all our hearts. Prayerfully consider being one of the 120. If you decide it's for you, please fill out the form below. Be sure to include your email address so you can be a part of the weekly Mission 120 encouraging word I will be sending out. If you don't feel you can be a part at this time , we understand your dilemma, and we'll be praying that God will show you how important you are to seeing heaven meet earth.  We love you and you can still participate by praying that we can reach the goal of MISSION 120.

In His Service,

Pastor Mike & Steph
