Getting to know each other
We know meeting someone for the first time can be intimidating and going to a new church for the first time can be a bit nerve-racking as well. We want to help make your first experience at our church a great one.
What can I expect?
How long is a Rock CHURCH service?
In total, a Rock Church service is about 120 minutes in length. Services begin with The Rock's worship band leading the church in music - song lyrics are projected onto the screens so you can sing along and/or engage with worshiping God however you feel most natural. You may see things such as people waving flags, dancing, or other creative arts as others are worshiping in the way most natural to them. After the music portion of the service is complete, one of our pastors will come out to share a message that God has placed in their heart for the church.
What's the culture like at The Rock Church?
Sundays at The Rock are exciting, casual, and relaxed. Come as you are and expect to feel welcomed as our guest.
What about my kids?
We believe that kids should have a blast at church every single week - and at Kids Church and Little Lambs, we make this a priority. The other thing we make a priority is your children's safety. Because of that, we have a detailed check-in process and assigned security personnel for our student building when you visit. You'll want to leave yourself an extra ten minutes to get signed in for the Kids Church or Little Lambs. Kids Rock and Little Lambs are offered at every TRC service for kids that are potty-trained through 5th grade over in the student building. We also have a nursery available in the main building for little ones over a year old.
